C-TEC was recognized for their outstanding performance closing the two largest solar projects using a C-PACE secured solar lease or PPA financing structure under the Connecticut Green Bank’s CT Solar Lease 2 program. The PACEsetter award recognizes contractors who are accelerating the growth of green energy through C-PACE, and demonstrating C-PACE’s ability to impact the state’s commercial buildings. C-TEC Solar is one of the first contractors to have used the C-PACE secured lease/PPA outside of municipal & non-profit facilities – bringing this product to the commercial & industrial sector.
